PRODUCTION AREA: D.O.C. Friuli Colli Orientali

FERMENTATION AND VINIFICATION: The grapes are soft-pressed as soon as they reach the winery. After resting, the must ferments at a controlled temperature.

COLOR: Straw yellow of varying intensity with greenish tinges.

SMELL: Delicate, slightly aromatic fruity aromas.

TASTE: A dry, consistently elegant and pleasing mouthful.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10° C

FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal with fish, crustacean and seafood based dishes. It is also well-matched with white meats, ham and cooked vegetables.
