FERMENTATION AND VINIFICATION: Obtained from white vinification of the grapes by soft pressing immediately after arrival in the cellar.

COLOR: Straw yellow

SMELL: It shows a fresh, young, intense and characteristic fruity aroma

TASTE: Velvety, dry or soft, harmonious flavor

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12° C

FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with seafood salads and first courses based on fish and shellfish and particularly rich and tasty soups.
