PRODUCTION AREA: D.O.C. Friuli Colli Orientali
FERMENTATION AND VINIFICATION: Obtained by soft pressing immediately after arrival in the cellar. After the must rest, fermentation at controlled temperature is started.
COLOR: Straw yellow tending to greenish
SMELL: Its greater quality lies in the perfect balance on the nose than on the palate: its perfume is not excessive, but the almond tree and a distant shade of wild flowers always emerge.
TASTE: A full and soft taste is perceived which makes it inviting
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-9° C
FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent appetizer wine, with raw ham, salami and sausages in general. Ideal with light first courses, cheeses and eggs.
