FERMENTATION AND VINIFICATION: The harvested grapes are immediately de-stemmed and decanted into a steel tank. At least three pumping over operations are carried out until the desired color is reached.

COLOR: Intense ruby red

SMELL: Characteristic for its herbaceous flavor when young, full-bodied and harmonious

TASTE: It has a dry, savory and elegant taste, with herbaceous notes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18° C

FOOD PAIRINGS: Suitable with roasted red meat, braised meat and game. Its full flavor blends perfectly with aged cheeses.
